Once you've signed up, your payment will be automatically deducted from your account on the same date every month. You'll receive an email notification to confirm that your payment has been processed, and your access to our products or services will be renewed for another month.

If at any point you want to cancel your subscription, simply log into your account on our website and follow the instructions to cancel. Please note that you'll need to cancel at least  7 days before your next payment is due in order to avoid being charged for the following month.

Here are the circumstances in which we offer refunds:

Defective or damaged products: If a product in your subscription box arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace the product at no cost to you or issue a refund for the product.

Missing items: If a product is missing from your subscription box, we'll send you the missing item at no cost to you or issue a refund for the missing item.

Cancellation within the refund period: If you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of receiving your first box, you'll receive a full refund for the remaining subscription fees.

Unsatisfactory products: If you're not satisfied with a product in your subscription box, we'll work with you to find a resolution that meets your needs. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we'll do our best to ensure you're satisfied with every product in your subscription box.

To request a refund, please get in touch with our customer service team at the bottom of the home page. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
